Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that his reply is under preparation and the same shall be filed shortly.
Learned counsel for the appellants contends that several opportunities have been taken by the counsel for the respondent-bank to file reply, but no reply has been filed, whereas the Hon’ble High Court vide its order dated 27.07.2022 (in writ petition no. 4778 of 2022) has directed this Tribunal to decide the matter within the time frame.
As last opportunity, let the reply be filed by the respondentbank by the next date, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
