Counsel for the respondent no. 4 to 6 have received the appeal paper book along with the documents on 23.05.2022. As such they will be filing their reply very shortly. Affidavit of service report has not yet been filed for respondent no.3.
Counsel for the appellant is directed to supply a copy of appeal paper book along with the documents to respondent no. 2. Further, he is submitting that they have already effected the service of respondent no.3 but they will be filing affidavit of service for respondent no.3 on or before the next date of hearing i.e. 14.07.2022.
