Learned counsel for the appellant deposits a demand draft no. 057313016265 dated 25.05.2022 for Rs. 11,30,000/- towards pre-deposit and submits that the appellants have already deposited Rs. 6,79,536/- in the Bank after issuance of notice under section 13(2) for Rs. 71,49,040/-. As such the appellants have deposited 25% mandatory amount towards pre-deposit.
The aforesaid amount is directed to be deposited by the Registrar in the Nationalized Bank for preparing the FDR for a period of six months in auto renewal scheme.
