The record shows that the I.A. No. 333/2022 has been filed for expediting the hearing of the present appeal, I.A. No. 334/2022 has been filed granting the interim relief and I.A. No. 342/2022 has been filed for exemption of pre-deposit.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that he has not been served with the copy of memo of appeal, hence the same may be directed to be served upon him.
Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to serve the same during course of the day upon the counsel for the Bank, who may file reply by the next date. Learned counsel for the auction purchaser may also file reply by the next date.
