It is contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that in view of the previous direction, entire amount has been deposited before this Tribunal today through demand drafts bearing draft no. 733339 dated 02.11.2023 for Rs. 32.00 lacs and draft no. 733340 dated 02.11.2023 for Rs. 30.00 lacs total Rs. 62.00 lacs, hence the matter may be heard finally.
Let the amount deposited today be kept in the form of FDR in the nationalized Bank for a period of one year in auto renewal scheme.
In view of the above, list this case on 22.11.2023 for hearing.
