No pre deposit has been made. Waiver Application has been filed. In the Waiver Application it has been stated that the more than 98% of debt due has been realized and adjusted in the credit account by sale of mortgaged property. Ld. Counsel states that he will argue this point before Hon’ble Court.
The instant Appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against final order dated 28.07.2022 of DRT, Allahabad in S.A. No. 41/2021. Urgency Application (I.A. No. 333/2022), Waiver Application (I.A. No. 342/2022) and Stay Application (I.A. No. 334/2022) has been filed.
