Today Counsel for Appellant brought two Demand Drafts for Rs.4,50,00,000/(Rs.4,00,00,000/- + Rs.50,00,000/-) being balance amount of 3rd instalment and represented that 4th instalment amount, which is payable on or before 12.12.2022, could not be paid due to reasons stated in Affidavit, and Appellant may be permitted to pay 4th instalment of Rs.5,28,85,560/-, on or before 19.12.2022, and filed an Affidavit of Appellant to that effect.
Considering the Affidavit of Appellant, time of 4th instalment is extended upto 19.12.2022.
