Advocate for Appellant represented that 3rd instalment, which is payable on or before 25.10.2022 could not be paid due to health reasons of Trustee of Appellant, and Appellant may be permitted to pay 3rd instalment along with 4th instalment, which is scheduled on 10.11.2022, and filed an Affidavit of Chairman of Trust to that extent.
Considering the Affidavit of Appellant, time of 3rd instalment is extended upto 10.11.2022, to be paid along with 4th instalment, on or before 10.11.2022.
Post the case on 11.11.2022, for compliance of both 3rd and 4th instalments.
