Today Counsel for Appellant brought a Demand Draft for Rs.1 Crore, and represented that 4th instalment, which is payable on or before 10.11.2022 together with 3rd instalment, could not be paid due to delay in sale of personal property, and Appellant may be permitted to pay remaining amount of Rs.9,78,85,560/-, i.e. balance third instalment of Rs.4,50,00,000/and 4th instalment of Rs.5,28,85,560/-, on or before 10.12.2022, and filed an Affidavit of Chairman of Trust to that extent.
Considering the Affidavit of Appellant, time for payment of balance amount in 3rd instalment and 4th instalment is extended till 09.12.2022.
Post the case on 12.12.2022, for compliance of balance amount in 3rd instalment and 4th instalment.
