Learned counsel for the respondents states that the mater stands settled.
Learned counsel for the appellant, on the other hand, states that he has received a copy of the communication containing terms and conditions of the settlement from the bank and according to him all the borrowers/guarantors have to give their consent to the terms and conditions of the settlement. Learned counsel for the respondents prays for some more time so that consent of all the parties is obtained.
