This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Learned counsel for appellant has submitted that in the last order dated 11.11.2022, there is a typographical error in para 2 wherein it has been stated that Ld. counsel or the appellant submits that he will place on record the copy of the letter vide which the respondents have been granted time for depositing 25% of the settlement amount. Learned counsel for the appellant states that in fact this statement had come from the learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 and not from the learned counsel for the appellant. He prays that this error may be rectified.
Heard. The prayer of the appellant is allowed and in place of the words “Ld. counsel for appellant” the words “Ld. counsel for respondents 1 and 2” be read. The order dated 11.11.2022 stands corrected to that extend accordingly.
Learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 states that an amount of Rs.4 cores more is to be deposited to make the total deposit to 25% of the settlement and it will be deposited by 28.11.2022.
List the matter on 08.12.2022 for further proceedings.
