This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
None has put in appearance on behalf of respondents 3, 4 and 6 despite service. They are proceeded against ex parte.
Learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 states that the matter has been settled with the bank and the bank has granted time up to 27.11.2022 to deposit 25% of settlement amount . He further submits that respondents have paid an amount of Rs.31 crores to the bank. Ld. counsel for the appellant submits that that he will place on record the copy of the letter vide which the respondents have been granted time for depositing 25% of the settlement amount. He seeks one week’s time for the said purpose. Let the respondent no.2 as well as a competent officer at the level of Chief Manager of the appellant bank appear before this Tribunal through VC to confirm the fact whether any settlement has been arrived or not.
