None has appeared on behalf of respondent bank despite repeated calls. Perusal of records reveals that for the last many dates, no one is appearing for the respondent bank.
In the interest of justice, registry is directed to issue notice of the appeal to the concerned Chief Manager of the bank to appear before this Tribunal on the next date of hearing through video conferencing and to apprise the name of the Ld. Counsel who is representing the bank.
List the matter on 29.03.2023 for hearing on the application (I.A. No. 1026/2018) for waiver of pre-deposit.
