The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank submits that the sale which was scheduled to take place has not been fructified and further date of sale has not been fixed yet.
The Appellant in person submits that he has responded to the proposal given by the Respondent Bank by sending an email to which he has not received any reply yet.
The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank submits that the proposal is yet to be considered and finalised and seeks further time for that, to which, the Appellant also agrees.
