The matter is taken up for hearing by way of Praecipe filed on 27.09.2022 by the Respondent Bank seeking urgent relief.
Heard both sides.
The Respondent Bank has come up with the proposal to the Applicant/Appellant and the Appellant is directed to consider that proposal and respond to it for which some time is granted. There was an ad-interim stay granted regarding the subject property. It is clarified that the sale of the property may go on as scheduled but same time the confirmation of the sale shall be subject to the ultimate decision taken by this Tribunal.
