Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 527/2022.
It has been mentioned in the urgency application that the auction purchaser is creating pressure upon the Bank to get the interim order vacated and to get the appeal decided at the earliest. The report of the Registrar dated 01.11.2022 shows that the matter is already fixed for 09.11.2022. As such, there is no ground made out for expediting the proceeding of the case, therefore, the urgency application stands rejected.
