Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
The report of the Registrar shows that one application has been filed on behalf of the appellant to release the predeposit amount of Rs. 5,20,000/- made in the appeal No. 195/2014, which has been disposed off vide order dated 12.09.2018.
In view of the above, the application is allowed and the Registrar of this Tribunal is directed to release the amount deposited as pre-deposit by the appellant in favour of the appellant at the earliest preferably within 15 days from today.
