The report of the Registrar dated 23.09.2022 shows that the delay condonation application being I.A. No. 414/2022 and expedite application being I.A. No. 415/2022 have been filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
Issue notices to the respondents on the delay condonation application by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
Since the matter has been taken up, therefore, the expedite application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as having become infructuous.
