Shri Maneesh Mehrotra, Ld. Counsel for the appellant is present and he provides the IPOs of Rs. 120/- towards deficiency of court fee on I.As. i.e. Delay Condonation Application (I.A. No. 414/2022) and Expedite Application (I.A. No. 415/2022). As such the defect No. 1 stands removed. With regard to defects No. 2 regarding illegible pages he undertakes to provide the same as and when required during the hearing of the case.
With regard to defect No. 3 regarding service to caveator, he also undertakes to serve the notice of Appeal prior to the date fixed before Hon’ble Chairperson. The appeal is barred by time.
In view of the aforesaid, the case be listed before the Hon’ble Chairperson on 11.10.2022 for admission.
