The present misc. application has been filed for direction to the Presiding Officer, DRT, Dehradun to decide the S.A. No. 107/2020 within the time as stipulated by this Tribunal.
In view of the above, the present application stands disposed off with direction that the DRT, Dehradun shall consider and decide the S.A. No. 107/2020, which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law most expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
