The office report dated 11.03.2022 shows that the notices sent to the respondent nos. 3 & 4 have returned back, but record shows that the respondent no. 3 is being represented by Shri V. K. Shukla, who has filed the vakalatnama on his behalf. So far as the respondent nos. 1 & 2 are concerned, neither A.D. Card nor envelops have returned back and no affidavit of service has been filed.
Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to take fresh steps for service of notices upon the respondent nos. 1, 2 & 4 within two weeks through paper publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
