The affidavit of service has been filed, which shows that the respondent no. 3 has been noticed, but the notice sent to the respondent no. 2 has returned back with an endorsement “no such person available”.
Let fresh steps be taken by the counsel for the appellant within 10 days for service of notice upon the respondent no. 2 by publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
