Inspite of earlier order of this Tribunal dated 21.04.2022, no reply has been filed on behalf of the respondents inspite of time being granted to them and the office report dated 28.11.2022 shows that the appellant has filed proof of publication with regard to the service of notice upon the respondent no. 3. The respondent no. 4 has already been directed to be proceeded ex-parte.
Learned counsel for the respondent-bank may file reply by the next date, failing which the appropriate order shall be passed.
