It is contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that the amount of Rs. 7.50 lacs has already been deposited towards pre-deposit, but different amounts have been shown by the Bank in different point of time.
Let the notice be issued to the respondent by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post to show the exact amount due against the appellant so that the exact amount of pre-deposit may be determined. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
The amount deposited by the appellant be kept in the form of FDR in Nationalized Bank for a period of six months in auto renewal scheme.
