Perusal of the earlier order dated 12.11.2021 shows that the learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 & 2 was given time to file reply, which has not been filed as per office report dated 20.04.2022. The said report further shows that no proof of publication has been filed by the learned counsel for the appellant with regard to service of notice upon the respondent no. 3, as the respondent no. 4 has already been directed to be proceeded ex-parte.
Let the proof of publication by the appellant as well as the reply on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 & 2 be filed by the next date.
