Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the post of Presiding Officer, DRT, Patna is vacant and the matter was heard at length by the DRT, Ranchi, therefore, he seeks transfer of the case pending before the DRT, Patna to DRT, Ranchi.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the next date fixed in the case is 29.03.2022 before the DRT, Patna for arguments, therefore, the request for transfer of the case from DRT, Patna to DRT, Ranchi may not be considered. However, the learned counsel seeks time to file reply/objection to the transfer petition.
As prayed, let the reply/objection be filed by the respondents on or before the next date.
