Heard the learned counsel for the appellants on the application for condonation of delay. None is present on behalf of the respondent-Bank, although the name of Shri Avinash Jaiswal, Advocate is shown in the cause list, as counsel for the respondent-Bank.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the in view of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in M.A. No. 665/2021 In SMW(C) No. 3/2020, decided on 23.09.2021, the delay has to be condoned, which was considered on account of pandemic of Covid-19.
In view of the aforesaid, the application for condonation is allowed and the delay occurred in filing the present appeal is condoned.
List this case for admission on 17.08.2022.
