Heard the learned counsels for the parties.
The office report dated 19.09.2022 shows that an amount of Rs. 3.50 lacs has been deposited as pre-deposit. I.A. no. 267/2022 for waiver of pre-deposit, I.A. No. 268/2022 for expediting the matter, I.A. No. 269/2022 for grant of interim relief and I.A. No. 270/2022 for exemption from filing the certified copy of impugned order have been filed by the appellant. I.A. No. 322/2022 has also been filed for expediting the matter on the ground that the respondent-bank has taken possession of the property in question and the appellant is ready to deposit the dues of the Bank, but the respondentbank is adamant to sell the property and dismantle the house.
There is no good ground made out for early hearing of the matter, therefore, both the urgency applications being I.A. Nos. 268/2022 and 322/2022 are rejected.
List this case on the date already fixed i.e. 30.09.2022 for admission.
