Heard the learned counsels for the parties on the I.A. No. 416/2022.
Learned counsel for the appellant has filed an application for withdrawal of the present appeal praying that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal and to take back the demand draft of Rs. 3.50 lacs, which was deposited with this Tribunal towards pre-deposit on the earlier date.
In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The demand draft of Rs. 3.50 lacs submitted by the appellant, which was taken on record, be returned back to the learned counsel for the appellant after taking endorsement of receipt of the same in the order-sheet.
