The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 24^th February, 2025, passed by the Family Court-02, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in Mt Case 730/2022 .

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the aforesaid order passed by the Family Court has since been modified by the Division Bench of this Court in MAT.APP.(F.C.) 190/2025 vide order dated 04^th November, 2025, and subsequently clarified vide order dated 14^th November, 2025.

He submits that the aforesaid order, as modified and clarified by the Division Bench, is duly being complied with.

He further submits that 140 visitations have already taken place between the petitioner and the minor child.

visitation of the petitioner with the minor child would occur every Friday and Saturday from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM in the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, in the presence of a Child Counsellor.

Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent undertakes that the aforesaid arrangement for visitation shall be complied with, subject to any further order that may be passed by the learned Division Bench. 7. This Court is informed that since the minor child, who is now four years of age, has been admitted to nursery, an application has been filed on behalf of the respondent before the Division Bench for modification with respect to the visitation on Fridays.

The aforesaid statement is taken note of.

However, the respondent is directed to continue to abide by the aforesaid visitations on every Friday and Saturday, till any further modification is directed by the Division Bench.

Noting the aforesaid, and binding the respondent with the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of.
