After addressing arguments for a considerable period of time, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner who is accompanied by the son of the Petitioner- Mr. Anand Datwani, seeks, on instructions, the leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petitions to initiate such appropriate proceedings as are available to him under law.
