The present Contempt Petition has been filed under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, which seeks an initiation of contempt proceedings against the Respondents/alleged contemnor on account of alleged wilful disobedience of the Judgment/Order dated 17.09.2013 passed by the Division Bench of this Court.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners, after having advanced arguments for a considerable period of time, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty
