- Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions from the respondent, submits that the respondent is ready to sell the whole property, i.e., property bearing Flat No. 639, GH-8, Paschim Vihar, Sunder Vihar, West Delhi, New Delhi-110087 , which is in the joint name of the respondent and his mother-Smt. Manju Gupta.
- She submits that the aforesaid flat shall be sold and out of the such sale proceeds, a sum of Rs. 30 Lacs shall be paid to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that they have no objection if the said flat is sold so that sum of Rs. 30 Lacs from such sale proceeds, is paid to the petitioner.
