The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 24^th March, 2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 3632/2023, wherein, it was directed as follows:

Till the next date of hearing, services of the Petitioners shall not be dispensed with.

This Court is informed that after the passing of the order dated 24^th March, 2023, the services of the petitioners herein were disengaged, since, the contractual term of the petitioners expired on 31^st March, 2023. Thus, the present contempt came to be filed.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner no. 3, who is the contesting petitioner submits that he has now been taken back and reengaged in service by the respondent no. 2, i.e., the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that except the petitioner no. 3, all the other petitioners have already left the services of the respondents and have joined duties somewhere else.

The aforesaid statement is taken note of.

Since the contesting petitioner no. 3, namely, Mr. Bijendra Nath Chaubey, has already been engaged by the respondent no. 2, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

However, it is clarified that monthly salary of the petitioner no. 3 shall be released on a regular basis in terms of the contractual engagement.

Noting the aforesaid, the present petition is accordingly, disposed of.
