Today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on advance notice, has handed over to this Court a copy of the Certificate of Resumption of Indian Citizenship of the petitioner.

Accordingly, it is clear that the directions as given in the order dated 08^th May, 2026, stand complied with.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had also sought for directions, for issuance of Indian passport.

Since the petitioner has now been granted Indian Citizenship, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate authorities, for issuance of Indian passport.

Noting the aforesaid, the present petition, along with pending application, is accordingly, disposed of.
