This Court notes that in compliance with the aforesaid order dated 18th March, 2026, a representation was made by the petitioner on 27th March, 2026. The said representation has come to be decided by way of a speaking order passed by the Office of Superintending Engineer (DEMS) HQ-II, MCD, on 19th May, 2026. The said speaking order reads as under:
