This is a contempt petition filed under Sections 10 and 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:

“a. issue notice to the Contemnors calling upon them as to why the contempt proceedings shall not be initiated against them for having willfully & deliberately disobeying the Order dated 29.05.2026 passed by this Hon’ble Court in aforesaid Writ Petition (C) No.7940/2026; and

b. issue notice to the Contemnors directing them to comply

In view of the statement of Mr. Kumar, Deputy Director of Directorate General of Training, i.e. respondent No. 4 and in view of the extension of time limit, the present petition is not pressed for the time being and the same is disposed of with liberty to revive, in case the situation so arises subsequently.

Additionally, in case the petitioner for some reason is not able to upload the documents within the extended time or there is new faculty and /or a faculty member resigns and a replacement is required, the respondents shall not adopt a rigid approach. However, the same shall be on a case to case basis.

Hence, the present petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
