Vide order dated 08.05.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-09, West District, Tis Hazari Courts Delhi, interim bail has been denied to the petitioner. As recorded in the said order, the groom is not the petitioner’s real brother, but a cousin.

Furthermore, the petitioner is facing trial for murder of his wife within 02 months of his marriage.

In the circumstances, this court is not inclined to issue notice on the present petition.
