At the outset, Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned Standing Counsel (Criminal) appearing for the respondent/State submits, that they have received a copy of order dated 23.04.2026 from the Deputy Secretary (Home) Department whereby the petitioner’s application dated 23.03.2026 seeking parole has been returned, observing that Rule 1213 of the Delhi Prisons Rules, 2018 provides that if a prisoner is eligible for
