Issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction directing the Respondent to formulate appropriate guidelines governing, inter alia, the duration of storage of seized goods, determination of occupation charges, adjustment

Issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction directing the Respondent to ensure uniform implementation of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 by issuing appropriate administrative instructions and guidelines governing situations involving prolonged occupation of commercial premises of approved Special Economic Zone units by Government agencies.”

After hearing learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties and in view of the issue involved in the instant petition, this Court finds it appropriate to direct that the present petition filed before this Court be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner, and the respondent is directed to decide the same, within a period of two months from date, under intimation to the petitioner herein.
