By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus against respondents, directing the respondent no. 1 to comply with the directions of respondent no. 2 and to get corrections made from petitioner in Memorandum of Family Settlement and to direct respondent no. 3 to register the same and deliver the registered copy to the petitioner.
