By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking following

prayers:

“a ) Issue an appropriate writ/order /direction thereby quashing and setting aside the impugned inquiry report/ recommendation dated 20.04.2026 passed by the Internal Committee;

b ) Direct the Respondents to constitute a fresh and independent inquiry' committee in accordance with law;

c ) Direct the Respondent to cease all retaliatory and victimizing actions against the Petitioner including arbitrary rejection ol leave request and unlawful placement under PIP;

d ) Stay the operation and implementation of the PIP imposed upon the Petitioner during the pendency of the present petition ;

e) Direct the Respondents not to take any coercive action including termination , transfer, demotion or adverse serv ice action against the

Petitioner during the pendency of the present petition;

f) Pass an appropriate writ, order or direction awarding compensation/damages of Rs. 5.00,000 /- ( Rupees Five Lakhs Only ) to the Petitioner from Respondent No. 1 for subjecting the Petitioner to a hostile and unfavorable work environment, continuous mental harassment , and for adopting actions and practices intended to compel the Petitioner to resign from her employment by employees of the Respondent no. 1 , thereby causing severe mental agony , emotional distress, and prejudice to her professional career; and g) Pass an appropriate writ, order or direction awarding compensation of Rs. 1 ,00,000/- ( Rupees One Lakh Only ) to the Petitioner from the Internal Committee for conducting the inquiry' in an arbitrary , unfair, and biased manner, inasmuch as the Committee attempted to portray the Petitioner as unnecessarily prolonging the proceedings while simultaneously minimizing and disregarding the acts and omissions of the persons complained against, and ultimately recommending action only against Respondent No. 4 despite material on record indicating the involvement and responsibility of other persons as well. Such conduct has caused grave prejudice, mental agony , and denial of a fair and effective redressal mechanism to the Petitioner; and h) Pass an order thereby calling for the entire original proceeding records pertaining to the inquiry conducted by the Internal Committee, for kind perusal of this Hon’ ble Court.”

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner herein has tendered her resignation last week. She, at this stage, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the basis of subsequent events which have transpired.

In view of the above, the present petition along with pending applications, if any, stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
