That I am the associate of the Counsel for the Petitionersin the present matter and am fully conversant with the facts and circumstances of the same.

I say that I have served the Respondent with the abovementioned Application/Petition along with annexureson the Email addresses for the "[email protected]" respondent and "[email protected]" and the said emails have not bounced back as such the Respondent stands served with the matter.”

pendency of the arbitration proceedings, an order dated 26.10.2023 was challenged by the other side in Arb. A. (Comm) 2/2024 and the Court vide order dated 18.01.2024 directed the parties to attend mediation proceedings. It was under those circumstances, that the mandate of the arbitrator expired. 4. The Court has considered various other assertions made in the application and deems it appropriate to extend the mandate of the arbitrator for a period of 12 months. The period between 18.09.2024 till date stands regularized.
