The learned Counsel for the Parties submitted that the matter has been settled between the Parties before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (“ DHCMCC ”) and a Settlement Agreement dated 16.10.2025 (“ Settlement Agreement ”) has been executed between the Parties. The copy of the Settlement Agreement is also on record.

In view of the above, the learned Counsel for the Parties submitted that the present Suit be decreed by binding the Parties to the Terms of Settlement recorded in the Settlement Agreement arrived at between the Parties.

3. Accordingly, the Suit is decreed by binding the Parties to the Terms of Settlement recorded in Paragraph Nos. 1 to 13 of the Settlement Agreement.

The learned Counsel for the Plaintiff prays for refund of the Court Fees on the ground that the matter is settled at an initial stage.
