As per Paragraph No. 5(c) of this Application, the Parties have agreed that the Terms of Settlement shall be kept confidential between the Parties and will not be disclosed to any third party in any manner whatsoever.

In view of the same, the Terms of Settlement agreed between the Parties are not reproduced in this order. The learned Counsel for the Parties submit that the Suit be decreed in terms of Terms of Settlement.
