Settlement Agreement dated 17^th January, 2025 has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The present suit was filed by the plaintiff seeking injunction and damages against the defendant.

During the pendency of the present proceedings, the present matter was referred to mediation vide order dated 6^th November, 2024, wherein, the parties have successfully negotiated a settlement and filed the Settlement Agreement dated 17^th January, 2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties appearing before this Court confirm the terms of the settlement and submit that the suit be disposed of, in terms of the settlement, thereof.

This Court has perused the terms of the settlement and finds the same
