Union of India & Ors’ .

An SLP preferred by the Department being SLP (C) 30069/2025 titled ‘Union of India & Ors v. Vindhya Telelinks Limited & Ors. challenging the order dated 11^th September, 2025 thereagainst has been dismissed on 3^rd November, 2025.
