b. Direct the Respondents to forthwith comply with the said order by considering and deciding the Petitioner’s application for registration of the political party Indian Socialist Janata Dal under Section 29A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, within a period of one week or such time as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit;

c. Pass appropriate orders imposing penalty or such sanctions as may be warranted under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, in the event of continued non-compliance; and
