b) issue show-cause notice to the respondents/contemnors to explain as to why they should not be prosecuted and held guilty for having committed contempt of the order dated 24.08.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in RFA (COMM) No. 26/2022 as also the breach of undertaking/statement given by them;
c) hold the respondents/contemnors guilty of having committed contempt of the order dated 24.08.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in RFA (COMM) No. 26/2022 as also the breach of undertaking/statement given by them;
d) pass any other and further orders, as may be deemed just and proper, in the circumstances of the case.
