The present petition under Sections 2 C (i), (iii), 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Rule 5 (A) (D) of the Contempt of Courts (Delhi High Court) Rules, 2025, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, seeks the following prayers:-

“(i) Initiate Contempt proceeding against the contemnors Respondent No. 2 to 6 mimed in the Petition for disregarding/ not comply with orders passed by the Court of Ld. Addl. Chief Judicial magistrate South District Orders dated 07.11.2024, 03.04.2025, 06.05.2025, 09.06.2025, 01.08.2025, 30.08.2025, 06.10.2025 and 01.11.2025 passed in Cr. Cases 3304/2025 State Vs. Pawan & Ors.
